Kyrgyzstan Sends Note To Moscow On Taxi Driver Beaten In Russia Kyrgyzstan's Foreign Ministry says its embassy in Moscow has sent a note to Russia's Foreign Ministry over the beating of a Kyrgyz citizen working there as a taxi driver.
